Generally, 2 to 4 weeks after we receiving the deposit. The specific delivery time needs to be comprehensively determined subject to the type, quantity and other requirements of steel pipe products. After the purchase order is confirmed, we will start manufacturing and deliver the steel pipe products as soon as possible.

T/T 30% as deposit, 70% before delivery. Before delivery, we will invite you to inspect the goods on site. If you or your representative can’t attend the inspection, we will send you the packaged photos for confirmation.

The main features of SSAW SAWH spiral steel pipe are : (1) As long as the forming angle is changed,steel pipes of various calibers can be produced with strips of the same width,which is easy to adjust; (2) Because it is formed by continuous bending,the length of helical tube is not limited and can be determined at will; (3) The spiral shape of the weld is evenly distributed around the whole spiral pipe,so the spiral pipe has high dimensional accuracy and strength; (4) Easy to change size,suitable for small batch,multi-variety spiral tube production; (5)The weld length of spiral pipe is longer than that of straight pipe of the same specification.Under the same specification wall thickness,the pressure of spiral pipe is larger.

Generally, the SSAW SAWH spiral steel pipe can be in bulk or packaged with ends protector on both ends, waterproof materials wrapped. The packaging method can be customized by clients, we will pack all the SSAW SAWH spiral steel pipes in PO as per client’s requirement.

The surface conditions of the finished SSAW SAWH spiral steel pipe can be bare, lightly oiling, black painting, anti-corrosion coating(FBE/2PE/3PE) or other anti-corrosion coating condition as per our client’s customized requirement.

Generally, the ends condition of the SSAW SAWH spiral steel pipe is beveled ends, square cut or with LTC/STC/BTC/VAM connection subject to client’s requirement.
